Not at all. All yoga and wellness practices are designed to be accessible, with options offered throughout. Whether you have an established practice or are completely new to yoga, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are.

Do I have to participate in every activity?

No. The retreat is an invitation, not an itinerary you need to complete. You’re welcome to participate in as much—or as little—as feels right for you. Free time is intentionally built into the schedule.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you cancel by September 15th, you will receive a full refund. After that there are no refunds for any reason. Please get travel insurance if you want coverage.

What is included in the ticket price?

Accomodations, Private Chef curated Breakfast, Dinners, Drinks and Snacks. All classes including Yoga, Meditation, Sound Healing, Mindfulness trainining and any other fun sessions we decide to add. What's not included is transportation, lunches, and a yoga mat (although we'll have a few extra if anyone forgets theirs),
