Morgan DiNello
Yoga & Meditation Instructor
Morgan is a yoga teacher, ceramic artist, and wellness practitioner with a background in psychology and a passion for helping others slow down, reconnect, and feel more present in their everyday lives. Her work brings together yoga, meditation, breathwork, Ayurvedic wellness, creativity, and time in nature. Her own journey into wellness began with yoga and deepened through her training in Bali, where she studied not only the physical practice, but also meditation, breathwork, Ayurveda, and yoga philosophy. The experience changed the way she understands and approaches her own well-being, and inspired her to share the practices and perspective that have become meaningful in her own life. Through yoga classes, wellness experiences, and creativity, Morgan offers approachable tools for finding greater peace, clarity, balance, and growth. She believes wellness doesn’t have to be complicated or perfect—it can be as simple as moving your body, taking a breath, making something with your hands, spending time outside, or giving yourself permission to slow down. Her work is ultimately about creating moments that nourish the body and spirit and leave you with something meaningful to carry into everyday life.

Anthony Barrett
After completing her 200hr yoga teacher training program 21 years ago, she also simultaneously started pursuing a masters degree in Natural Health. The book was called The Answer to Cancer: Is Never Giving It A Chance To Start By: Hari Sharma,James G. Meade,Rama K. Mishra. Within that book, there was a whole chapter on yoga, and how yoga helps people prevent cancer. Her dream became to build a center that could be a one stop shop for alternative health. Her goal was not to help people replace conventional medicine, but to compliment it. She successfully built, ran and taught at Centerville Yoga and Wellness Center until she sold it to it’s next owner. At the same time she opened centerville yoga & wellness, she ended up getting pregnant with twins. In her own words: “I thought I could handle it all, the babies, the yoga center, marriage, and everything else…but I learned that I am not superwoman, and I couldn’t do it ALL” As she learned, making self care a priority is imperative for Entrepreneurs. She lost herself while helping everyone else get better. Once selling her brick and mortar, she went on to build a yoga event business called Love Yoga Fest. She was able to do it from home, and this proved more manageable, until once again, she realized, that with the kids growing up and needing her a bit more, the decision was made to sell Love Yoga Fest to someone who could give it more attention. The attention that it deserved. You can now find her creating experiences and spaces for people to heal and nurture themselves. She has trained with Master Yoga Instructors to include Seane Corn, Rod Stryker, Shiva Rae, Gary Kraftsow, Tiffany Cruikshank, Tias Little, Amanda Giacomini, Ariel Kiley, Patricia Walden, and more!

I have been practicing yoga for over 35 years and teaching for more than 17 years. I am a Registered 200-hour Yoga Teacher through the National Yoga Alliance and have continued my education through extensive trainings with Boston-based Ame Wren, as well as workshops with renowned teachers including Coral Brown, Seane Corn, Tias Little, and Shiva Rea. I currently teach classes at Centerville Yoga and at the Sandwich Recreation Department, as well as privately. My teaching experience spans students of all ages and abilities, including Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga for individuals with disabilities, and yoga for those navigating cancer treatment and recovery. I completed the Cancer-Informed Yoga Teacher Training through Bodhi & Mind Yoga, an in-depth program focused on the physiology of breast cancer, treatment protocols, common side effects, and adapting yoga practices to safely and compassionately support individuals throughout every stage of treatment and recovery. Recently I received my NREMT certification giving me further perspective on the human body. I am a two-time breast cancer survivor and on my own current journey, having gone through a double mastectomy in April 2026. This experience informs my own teaching and gives me perspective in creating our special retreat. I am passionate about yoga philosophy, functional alignment, and anatomy, and I weave this knowledge into every class. My approach encourages students to listen deeply to their bodies, cultivate resilience, and develop an intuitive practice that meets them where they are. I believe yoga is one part of a holistic journey toward health and well-being, and I strive to create an authentic, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment where beginners feel supported and experienced practitioners continue to grow.
