About the event
I am a first generation Greek/American, and my parents are immigrants from Greece. Specifically Crete, Athens, and a tiny island of Kasos.
Hosting a retreat in Greece is my dream come true, and I'm so happy to be able to share this beautiful country...my second home... with you all!

Ananda is a Sanskrit word meaning bliss, deep joy, and spiritual happiness. Rooted in yogic philosophy, Ananda represents a profound sense of inner peace and contentment.
Set against the breathtaking beauty of the Aegean Sea, this retreat invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience the simple joys of being.
