Over the course of this retreat, you'll be guided through practices that create space for clarity, rest, and self-discovery. Through yoga, meditation, guided journaling, music, sound healing, meaningful conversations, nourishing meals, and shared community...... you'll have the opportunity to quiet the outside world and listen to your own inner wisdom.
